I was out walking my dogs at 6:30 in the morning. Seeing as how my dog’s are Chihuahuas, they have excellent hearing and vision. Taco, one of my oldest dog’s ears perked just as quickly as mine. We both heard something and we knew exactly what it was.

A chat with my birthmother: My blood

My message to those looking for your birthfamilies: Sometimes, finding your families can mean horrible pain years after the original wound has partially healed. Opening wounds of the past, compounded with new wounds can last for years. This was a very hard, hard chat to have. For those searching be aware of what the ramifications may be.
This is a chat that I had, just this evening with my birthmother. Both names of my birthmother and both sides of my family have been changed to protect their anonymity. None of this online chat has been altered in any way and I warn the reader of some strong language.
This is my blood.

RADOnlineStaff
RAD Online is proud to announce the "Walk for Adoption". A grueling 55 mile trek from Cincinnati, Ohio to Dayton, Ohio. This amazing hike isn't pro adoption, it's about raising the issues surrounding adoption, RAD and other associated issues surrouding the adoption process itself. This will be a cold weather hike. No hotels for the lead hiker, Michael. A 70 pound pack will be accompanying him the entire 55 miles. Camping spots and rest areas are being scouted now!!
